Shift Link was created to fill a gap in the Australian market โ€” there was no modern, all-in-one platform built specifically for NDIS providers. Existing solutions were either adapted from aged care systems overseas, or required piecing together multiple disconnected tools. We decided to build something better.

From a problem to a platform

Shift Link started with a simple observation: NDIS providers were drowning in administrative work. Rostering was done in spreadsheets. Timesheets were on paper. Invoices took days to prepare. Compliance was tracked manually.

We built Shift Link to solve these problems. Starting with core scheduling and shift management, we expanded based on real feedback from providers across Australia. Today, Shift Link is a comprehensive platform covering the full operational lifecycle โ€” used by providers of all sizes.
